Women and Slavery

A simple fact of slavery and the subway train is that everyone has heard about the subway street, but not everyone knows what it is. First of all, it is not underground, not a railroad. Underground Railroad, @ actually means escape from slavery from farmers to warehouses, from the basement to the barn, until they reach the north safe road. One of the most widely known abolitionists in history is the slave of Harriet Tubman.

In this course, we will consider slavery from ancient times now and from a comparison point of view all over the world. It provides a chronological story and suggests similar themes including women's challenges and slavery in slavery. This approach provides a broad understanding of this universal institution and fosters analytical skills. We will explore the role of the monument in domestic and world cultural memory and identity formation. Topics include establishing identities in public places and public places, memorializing strange individuals and the public, and the emergence of a new posttraumatic monument in the 20th century

In her poem "I am not a woman", Sojourner Truth uses an irritating condition to attract women who are slaves through emotional appeal and comparison with men. Slavery and Harriet Jacob's life is well-known and slavery is a terrible event in America's history. But it is well known that it is the actual severity of slavery.
