Abstract: Interpretive or interpretive exploration is a tradition of life interpretation with rich theoretical, philosophical and practical heritage. This article is not intended to adhere to and practice this tradition in the right way, but aims to explore the legacy of a practical philosophy accepted by the author. In this interpretation, the authors examine the ancestral generations, philosophical and methodological history. It provides information for the practice of current interpretive exploration. Phenomenology is satisfied with the effects of repetition of life in safety, assurance, security, and synthesis ... repeatedly forgetting synthesis, repeating the system, creating or creating these effects. Phenomenology cultivates its natural attitude. It is very cautious - full of evidence and self-expression. (Page 122)

The authors focus on ancient Indian laws on women's rights issues; in better practice the UK is participating in the development of laws to protect the social status of women. It examined views on marriage law, marriage rights, inheritance, inheritance, divorce and maintenance under Indian marriage law and Muslim personal law, the court explained by the Congress. It also focuses on Muslim community views. It reviewed the criminal procedure law on the above topics and the provisions of the Indian criminal law. This article quotes examples, litigation, and court interpretation and opinion. In this paper, the author attempts to critically investigate the social status of women through law, judicial interpretation and process.

There are about 50 Muslim majority countries in the world. Women's rights vary widely due to various factors such as political development, socio-economic environment, cultural perspectives and customs, local (urban and rural), educational or home environment. There may be quite a difference. Religion may or may not play an important role in women's rights and the religious interpretation of women's rights varies widely depending on the region and culture.
