Winning one for ourselves

Like several years ago, the football season began in early July. This year there is only a difference, morality is a little low, everyone is aware. In most cases, this is a situation you can not win. We may have won the battle to be hired, but we have lost the war of stretching our career. When a woman succeeds in erasing herself, we are often unreal, aggressive, and marked as a cold. On the technical side, this is part of the reason many women decided to leave this field together. This is the reason why many women, especially black women, start their own business. Employers should not only suffer higher turnover rates when employees feel they have to hide some of their status in the office. Employees who are not fully accepted by the company are more likely to be low in loyalty and not dedicated. They may lack confidence or doubt their instinct. The cognitive energy used to manage their identity can lead to poor job performance. Ultimately, employers who intentionally or unintentionally encourage elimination may turn errors in "standard shrinking" into self-contained prophecies.

I once said it once, but there is a bit of repetition: the key to over criticizing fear is to be criticized. When we accept criticism, it will be a convenient situation for both sides. By publicly considering the criticism of others against ourselves, we begin to understand those who criticize us. Because it must see us from their point of view. You learn something about yourself or learn about others, perhaps both.
