Windows and Linux are very different operating systems and are very similar in many respects. Windows was first sold under the name of Windows 0 on November 20, 1985. It is revolutionary in time. People are used to using the command line interface to enter commands. In Windows 0, just point and click on what you want. Later, after several years Linux came out. Linux is innovative as it is similar to Unix, it is open source. Open source means that anyone can access the source code and customize it according to his / her preferences.

That's why Linux or Windows is considered an operating system. Technically, they are very similar. But their position is very different. With the Internet boom, Linux started to lead others as a latecomer. Technically, when Linux first appeared in 1990, Windows technology had made much progress. Linux is basically created by graduate students and its technology is very limited. Then Linux begins to gain support from some users and begins to slowly grow, as the Internet requires the operating system to be fair, just and open.

Because of its lightweight architecture, Linux runs faster than Windows 1 and 10. After switching to Linux, I realized that the processing speed of the computer improved drastically. I used the same tool as Windows. Linux supports many efficient tools and runs them seamlessly. If you are a developer, the terminal is the best choice. There is no convenient way to run the server, train the machine learning model, access the remote machine, compile and run the script from the same terminal window. This is a major productivity improvement factor. Automation becomes rule of game by using terminal

Both Linux and Windows have advantages and disadvantages. Windows is easy to use, but it is not a free open source operating system. Linux is free, open source, customizable and safe, but for users without programming experience it's a bit more complicated. Linux is more reliable than Windows

In the second half of my career, I worked at Microsoft for over 10 years and was working on various versions of Windows. In retrospect, you can see that Windows lost Apple's mobile phones, server war with Linux, and cloud war with Amazon. At that time, I was busy extracting the version of Windows to realize this. The amount of inertia in an organization is not a successful platform for the engineering team to be used by billions of people. They have never seen them being disturbed. Or, if the leader did this, the level and the file are different. Most of them are busy promoting the current Rock Mountain which is the classic definition of "Innovator's Dilemma".
