Ordinary people often have shortage consciousness. In order to win, or at least not to lose, I feel like I have to compete against each other at all times. For this reason, our decision is based on the belief that nobody has sufficient information unless we catch something fast enough - others will. Effective (successful) people see life as a joint field rather than a competitive field. They understand that they should always prosper and find ways to achieve mutual benefits and satisfaction. They believe that if parties can find ways to make their cooperation mutually beneficial, all parties can win by realizing their personal expectations. Fundamentally, the favorable situation for both sides is that it is not my way, it is not your way of doing, but believing that it is a better way, that is our way.
