The story of King David occupies an important place in art, literature, movies, music, musicals, television, cards. David is at the center of Judaism, Christianity, Islamic culture and religion. My main focus is to compare his story with Leonard Cohen's song Hallelujah. The three main things I want to write are the story of David, Leonard Cohen, the song "Hallelujah" and why it is compared with David. The biblical record of David was born from a book of writings with the prophets, including Samuel I and II, the King of the First and the Chronicle of the 1st.
The story of King Solomon began with his father David and his mother, Bathsheba. According to Samuel 3 of the Hebrew Bible, King David, who was covered by the Prophet Samuel before the destruction of King Saul, became a substitute and formally became the king of the Jews (1010 BC). Later Samuel 5 said that the elders of Israel came near him (in 1002 BC) that they were close to him, and the king contracted them with Hebron in front of the Lord, they made Israel King David ruled for 40 years, and like the king of Saul, it ended better at the end than at the end.
(The ancients were combined with the second king of Israel) and the second son of Bathsheba. King Solomon dominated forty years as one of the most prosperous times in Israel's history, like King Saul and King David - many people are known as the "golden age of Israel"
The story of King David is definitely the longest and most complicated of all the stories of the Hebrew Scriptures, from Samuel's 16 chapters to the entire range of Samuel II and eventually the King of the King It was death of. In spite of his later admiration, the scholars noticed some contradiction in the story of King David. It may be part of a contradiction to the monarchy of the Hebrew Bible. When young David got up and fought against the giant Goliath, we cheered and killed the equipped warriors. However, most of the kings and Batsheva's fornications are familiar to most people, but they are treated as dirty clothes and are explained or brought into general consciousness.
