Why There is no Model Family?

"There is no family": Why there is no family member of the model Given the word "family", there is a picture. My mother prepares supper, my father goes home from a busy day, and the children enter home from school. The group sat on the table and talked about their activities with a real smile on their face. Everything in this family is perfect. This example is a portrait of a mere traditional family, far from the reality of many contemporary families. Apart from reality, the whole definition of "family" can follow the subjective opinion someone wants.

So, what is the family? For the most part of the 20th century, husband, wife, and two children - even pets - were examples of traditional American families. However, are there homes that deviate from this model, such as a single parent family or a gay couples without children? Should they be considered families? What constitutes a family is the main field of discussion in family sociology and politics and religion. Social conservatives tend to define families from a structural point of view, with each family playing a role (father, mother, children, etc.). On the other hand, sociologists tend to define families more clearly based on their relationships, rather than strictly setting the role of identity. Here we define families as socially recognized groups (usually linked by blood, marriage, cohabitation or adoption), form emotional connections and act as economic units of society.

Family-run management is one of the most toughest models among various types of business models. Through generations such as family relations, marriage, adoption, etc., multiple generations related to family are deeply involved in making important decisions in doing business. In fact, family management is the oldest and most common economic organization model. The simplest definition of family management is that a single family of members is the business owner and the main owner.
