Develop and use symptom monitoring and response plan (health recovery action plan) to help you recover and maintain health
Spring is a snow covered winter, laughing with friends, playing with children, delicious movies, tasty food, great music, sight, hearing, and mood. If you are still alive, you will miss all these things, and more
If you finish your life, your family and friends will be in a devastating state. They will not overcome it. They think about it and will miss you everyday for the rest of their lives. If you have family photos, select some pictures of your favorite people to remind yourself that you do not want to hurt them, and place them around your home show

If symptoms begin to appear before the situation gets worse, please discard the car key, credit card, checkbook.
There are good people who can help you through the storm. It may be your family and friends. Please build a system with them so that you can be with you for 24 hours when the symptoms are terrible. If you do not have a family member or friend, please contact the nearest Mental Health and Emergency Department and ask how to deal with it.

Remember that people who commit suicide are not selfish. Sometimes people express suicidal behavior as concentration. Andt is usually (to some extent) - but this is a good thing. People who commit suicide have difficulties and need help. It is not selfish to ask for help when you need help. Please do not hesitate, please hand it to them. Suicide is usually the opposite of selfishness. Even though they desperately need it, they are very selfless, they do not want to demand even a little aid. People who commit suicide tend to sin by asking for help. They are often ashamed of their emotions, so they can not get help soon. They need the courage to contact you. Pay a lot of attention and reward their courage as they want
It is easy to spend beautiful days, good days, not so good days, and "not here" days. Suicide attempts to classify not as "selfish" acts but as acts of insulting their lives in the lives of suicidals and their lives in others. When you feel that you are not worth your life will be much better than the pressure of other people. In the past few years, many yoga mats have been subject to self-help and spiritual waking up, but simple "change in attitude", change in diet therapy, Buddhism retreat is not part of cure. Life is tough, very beautiful and magnificent, but hard. Sometimes, Kumbaya and hands, ohm and humming will not minimize you inside broken without easing pain. As a result, our mental health and mental health treatments have also changed.
In today's society, suicide among young people is a big problem in particular. Furthermore, sometimes social media laughs at the idea of suicide. Suicide is neither painless nor romantic. Today, this is a serious problem related to mental illness such as depression. If you are suffering suicidal thoughts or depression you should seek help. No matter how large or small the symptoms, there is no problem asking for help. Suicide is a big problem in today's society and can not be ignored.
