Power and influence dominate the world, some people dominate over others. The way people gain and influence power is money, they know and their actions with people involved. Impact can be used to secure more power, or to maintain the current power level of a person. Some people have power and influence but others do not. There are several reasons why this happens, such as money taking, measuring the impact of the scale. People who have money can get nearly unlimited power and those who have money have no chance to persuade others to give projects to themselves.
Force as perception: Although a force can have objective power in a sense, it is still a sense that it can not affect others. Use powerful guidance and act strongly and proactively so that others are considered strong. Even if you do not use powerful actions publicly, some people have influence. Resource-based power: Power usually represents resource struggle. Lack and value of resources, more intense and long-standing power struggle. The scarcity assumption suggests that people have the greatest power when resources are difficult to obtain or when demand is high. However, poor resources create power only when evaluated in a relationship.
Everyone has certain power. They have the ability to influence others and promote change. The forces between the people were not equal. Certain groups and social classes will automatically give more or less freedom of speech to some people. But depending on the way you talk, talk, and who you say, you gain power. The more you express your message - the less likely it is for a person who has reasons for your emotions, desires, and other emotions to fear it. Please think about how much work you did by relaxing and calmly expressing opinions, but by shouting frustration and angrating people. In addition to expressing your emotions, the more you express your speech, the less effective it is to achieve other goals.
Power means different things for different people. For some people power is thought to be corrupt. For others, the greater their power they have, the greater their success. For others, the power has no meaning at all. John French and Bertram Raven identified five power bases through research on leadership power in the early 1960 's. This survey shows how different types of power influence the success of leadership and leadership roles. Legal authority is brought about by having authority within the organization, such as becoming a key member of the superior and the leadership team. This force occurs when an employee in the organization recognizes the individual's authority. For example, the CEO is responsible for determining the overall direction of the company and the company's resource needs.
