Why should guns be banned?

When you invalidate the gun you let the party bring the gun (government) with the guns (people) to take out the gun from the opponent. If you do this, you will effectively bend the people for the government. Who gives government people the right to take guns from civilians?

If you live in the United States, your rights bill contains the right to firearms and is enforced by the second amendment of the Constitution. People may think that the time has come to ban American guns, but in reality this is not the fault of the guns. As far as I am concerned, guns should not be banned and people have the right to own a gun. Most people know that guns are one of the American cultures like marijuana. People know what is illegal, yet they find ways to get them. Therefore, prohibited guns can not stop criminals. Even when guns are banned, criminals can kill people with other weapons.
