The first impression is particularly important, especially from head to toe, military uniform style police uniform uniform features and Rambo information can be sent to those officials to swear protection
I have been a police chief for more than 33 years. Meanwhile, I learned that most of the use of force comes from public opinion.
Some officers supported theirs with their own, put their hands on their weapons, and wore multiple handcuffs and magazines after ammunition at their responsible belt. They look enthusiastic about beat, baton, spray or shoot
Some magazine bags that even have models open to everyone. Next is a paramilitary uniform, a special police helmet and an external bulletproof vest.
Uniform is one of the most important visual expressions in law enforcement agencies and communicates authority and status in real time. But what if the officers are more like battle soldiers than the blue defender, what will they do?
What happens when officers soften the edge? The time has come for reducing the amount of aggressive information the police send and tell and the way they present themselves.
Studies show that possession of military equipment may damage the relationship between the police and its customers, indicating violence and possibly hostility. The same clues to citizens who are saying "soldiers" and "violence" may also affect officials.
By putting the police in jeopardy, creating all these devices will create a spirit of pain and death. Over time the authorities began to think that using these devices is a good thing, otherwise they will not have it.
In short, if a law enforcement officer wears it as a soldier, they will play a part of a wider military aircraft, and those who protect and arrest them will respond in kind.
Citizens should not face greater risk of police than neighbors. How are we associating with unarmed citizens shooting the priority of life (citizens, officers, bad guys)? We can not prove this; we need to find more ways to prevent it. We need to reduce fear and subtle information on potential violence.
I know that 99.9% of the police are glorified, diligent and able to work in harsh environments.
If we reduce the burden on military equipment personnel, we will limit their negative perceptions and motivate their soldiers.

"Make the policeman as a soldier, put it in a military vehicle, hand over military weapons and let them take on the spirit of the warrior, we are fighting the war of the enemy." - Professor of Criminal and Former Police Officer Thomas Nolan So with respect to militarization, weaponized police are trained like soldiers on the battlefield, national dialogue which raises guns first and poses problems afterwards is basically impossible for export in national war, Discussion about class concept, long-standing ideology of long existence.
There are many unanswered questions, curl. Should the police feel intimidated, should they not bring their own elders before putting out guns? If a man can knock down with only one shot, why does the police shoot someone over and over? Four police officers who came to the scene seem to have shot 59 firearms. Do they really need four officers? After Alejandro was killed, about 100 people from our community, a familiar and strange face, went to Mount Bernal. People cried and remembered; it was overwhelming. The police marched with Mount Bernal with us, but it was not right for me. I know that the police did not kill my cousin, but I am still angry and disappointed with SFPD.
