The reason for studying myths in today's culture is that the story relates to human condition, not time or place. It is the diversity of this myth that can make Ramayana in the Far East reflected in many ways through distant galaxy Star Wars. The main character of Ramayana is Vishnu, a human form of Rama. The birth of Rama was acquired by the priests. The goal of Rama is to defeat the evil Lavana. "Star Wars" starts in the same way as the Jedi legend and can bring balance to power.

Mythology research began with ancient history. Competitive classes of Greek myths of Euhemerus, Plato, Sallustius were developed by Neopra Tonics, later revived by mythologists of the Renaissance. Today mythical studies continue in various disciplines including folklore, linguistics, and psychology. An academic comparison of myths is called a comparison myth. Myths are often supported by rulers and pastors and are closely related to religion and spirituality. Through this iteration, the mythical person was able to gain the position of God. For example, the development of Fengshen began with the history of the king and taught his followers to explain the use of wind and sails. Prodicus and Herodotus made such an assertion in the 5th century BC
