Why Latinos Children Are Failing in Education?

Jean Piaget believes that the theory of child development has a major impact on education; language development is the most important stage in the early stages of cognitive development. At this stage, children develop and build their knowledge and vocabulary by asking questions, expressing ideas through words, images, and pictures.
