Why is writing so important? The importance of writing arises from the fact that writing is the main basis for communication, history, records, and the beginning of art. Writing is the framework of our communication. We write every day. It is very flexible to write which is an office note, restaurant menu, love letter; you can use it to provide information, opinions, questions or poetry. In sentences, words can take a rich form. The word you use shows you that you are a person, what you are writing in our life, and the world is deep. I can not imagine life without writing.

For many of us, the answer is not always simple. I like to write, so I write, sometimes it's one of the skills I use in my profession, sometimes I write by making a living. Whatever the reason - to understand "reason" is very important. If this reason is large enough, it will be easy to handle all methods. So, why are you writing? Why did you choose medium (or LinkedIn, your own blog etc)? Do you sell things? Do you want to express your thoughts? Do you want to change the world, one word at a time? This is just a way to make all these ideas your idea. So, can you really think about something else? Are you and the madman searching for favorites and sharing, or is your own 15s (internet) reputation?

Have you ever wondered why all these life professionals insist on writing? we have. I found that the writing process causes some reactions in our brain. By writing down our goals, certain areas of our brain will be activated and will take some responsibility. At the time of writing the target, internally adjust to keep it normal. Why will you keep your sight? If you shake it, you can remind you why you started. There is no encouraging thing to recognize that you have achieved half of your goals. Or at least a quarter. Even a tenth. Ok, I understand. When monitoring progress, two important things happen. First of all, you realize how far you are away from where you started. Second, it gives you a reason to reward yourself (Do you remember the motivation to stimulate dopamine levels and is dopamine the driving force behind the biochemical level?)
