Why I Want to Become a Pharmacist

I may not know much about many things in my life, but one thing I certainly know is that when I grow up, I want to be a pharmacist. When I grew up, I was always interested in medicine and how it physically works. When I am a child, whenever I get sick, they give me herbal medicine that my parents are brewing at home. I remember it tastes bad, but I force it and ask my parents, this annoying liquid will make me feel better. As I get older I have learned that herbal medicine is not the only way to treat the disease.

The first thing to do before applying to a pharmacy is to ask yourself "Why do you want to be a pharmacist?" Pharmacies are exciting and rewarding work, but not for everyone.
