Why George and Renee traveled together for a simple answer, why George and Rennie traveled with "They are friends" or "George promises to be with the aunt". There are many reasons. Obviously, the dependence on George and Renee, especially Renee George, depends on each other. It is very strange for people on the road to build long lasting friendship as they have to keep on a new pasture. But the fact that George and Lenny's friendship is abnormal when there is a possibility that their own men will be attacked is very strange.
George is careful about Lenny. It is not unusual for two migrant workers to travel together. However, George was looking for Lenny. Lenny is strong and faithful, but he is not smart. He has a child's heart, and George must look after him. They traveled together for a while. When George killed Lenny, he was doing this to protect him. He knew that Lenny could not solve this problem. They can not run this time alone - he killed the girls! When Lenny is arrested and Curly catches up with him, the situation gets very bad. Like a puppy, Rennie does not understand what happened.
When George and Renee were asked to travel together for the first time, the owner of the ranch thought that the two wanted to travel together. My boss thinks that George uses Lenny's money. His answer shows that he care only about the work they are about to accomplish and the economic gains they will help. In this chapter we will connect characters in various ways. First and foremost, George and Rennie are traveling together so they are connected to each other. This era is unusual as the lives of immigrant workers are lonely. A launcher is usually a short-term immigrant, traveling wherever you are looking for work, staying as long as your work continues. However, in this chapter, George is also related to slimness. George leads Lenny and Slim seems to be an unofficial leader of the entire group
Lenny Small is a migrant worker like George Milton, his friends and travel companions. Due to his mental disorder, Lenny relies entirely on George. Together they have a dream of owning a farm This is Lenny's dream of hoping to put rabbits together with a desire. As Slim said, he is described as a large, clumsy and childlike personality who has a male body but a child's heart, (he seems to be a child) (page 47). A gentle and kind person, he never learned how to control his strong physical body and his own physical strength. Most of Lennie's scenes are confirming that these are his only features. Lenny likes soft things like pets, dresses, human hair, which can lead to many disasters.
