The reason why Europe is not China In the 15th century, there were three major countries in the world: China, Islam and Europe. These three countries are powerful force, we are striving to become the largest and the best country. But one mysterious question is why the Europeans discovered the United States before Muslim and China. What made them discover the continent before anyone else. There are many reasons for them, but due to the discovery of the Americas, there were several results.
Historically, Spain has always begun to colonize the New World between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, between North Africa and Europe, and between Europe and the United States. As a result, the country has rich historical landmarks - in fact, it has the world's second largest UNESCO heritage and the world's largest world heritage city. In southern Spain, Andalusia has many old Spanish reminders. Cádiz was considered to be one of the oldest residential cities in Western Europe. Nearby Ronda is a beautiful town surrounded by a steep cliff, famous for the bridge across the canyon and the oldest bullring in Spain.
Another ancient colonial period was between the Roman Empire. The Roman Empire conquered the majority of Western Europe, North Africa and West Asia. In North Africa and West Asia, Romans often conquered what is called "civilized" people. When they moved north to Europe, they almost encountered the countryside population / tribe, and their cities rarely existed. In these areas, the wave of colonization in Rome is often accompanied by conquest of these areas. Many of Europe's current cities are Roman colonies such as the German Cologne originally known as the Colonia Claudia Aragli Pinnensium by the Romans, and the capital of London where the Romans set up Rondinium.
Germany and other European countries have a dark history of colonization. Murder and rape of colonists who landed in the United States, and expulsion of tribes and nationality of countless indigenous peoples. People who landed in Latin America looted the land for natural resources. In Africa they forced to steal wealth and people and make them slaves. Regardless of how it is cut, regardless of the country, colonization is an irritating part of world history. Looking at countries like Brazil, or countries like Louisiana and Quebec, you can see the ghosts of the colonial countries. Some may argue even throughout the United States. The language and culture of these areas is still being severely affected by the "establishment" of their country. Places like Quebec are still using their colonists' words as well as many countries in America and South America.
