We will try to understand your general attitude toward motivation and teaching that will motivate you with this work.
Basically, what we want to hear is that you care about our educational institution and our students' education. You can say that you want to lead your child and want to be a good role model for children. Or you can say that you have a job that suits you and believe that you like teaching.
