Why Affirmative Action Should Be Eliminated

Please wake up tomorrow and imagine reading the local newspaper that the government is reducing taxes on ethnic minorities to prevent discrimination. Congress asserts that deductions are useful for "balancing the competitive environment of American society" and that diversity is necessary to create an ideal country. By implementing this policy, the government offers benefits to ethnic minorities without showing the same generosity to whites with the same economic background.

Should the university abolish the active policy of giving incentives when accepting the status of ethnic minorities? Several laws are urgently needed to help minorities that have been hindered by racist regimes. Positive behaviors require that many agencies start quotas, which hire and accept minority groups.
