In California there are 55 electoral colleges participating in the election, the Wyoming state electoral college votes for 194,797 votes and the California state electoral college votes for 705,454 votes. The voting efficiency of the electoral colleges in Wyoming Province is 62 times that of California, far worse than the 1792 election. The electoral college system does not include ballots from the United States of America such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the United States of America. Washington DC is enrolled at the electoral college, but two of the senators are missing. As electoral colleges still exist, these areas and school districts can not be states themselves.

Long-term legislators of Wyoming are very upset about the possibility of Wyoming's view.
