White Privilege in My Career

Working in a financial industry veteran company has given me some wonderful skills and some wonderful people. But, from the same experience, I absolutely believed that I needed to change. Meanwhile, mature industries often use stability and safety as their basis. They have done this for many years, and there are normally just good reasons. For example, where do you think the expression "safe like a bank" came from? Today, with the continued development of technology, this culture no longer holds true. Understanding these contemporary expectations, mature companies are trying to soften shareholders and the market through short-term solutions such as the release of new features, the acquisition of start-up companies, or the pursuit of a new "agile" policy I will. Caucasian privilege does not mean that your life is perfect but it means that your life will never be more difficult due to the color of your skin. White privilege means that you can attend college and your colleagues do not return your success to positive actions or hire your work to meet the needs of diverse employment I can not say.
