Where did all the leaders go? What each of us is returning to our country. Do we really like democracy? Because of our own interests, are we too overly satisfied with obesity? Are we really concerned about the future of our children? Who will save the middle class. These are the challenges experienced by all the leaders of Lee Iacocca. Many Americans wanted the presidential election to start from scratch, rescued Chrysler from the financial crisis, planned the creation of minivans, and overhauled Ellis Island's transformation.
As a country, the United States has experienced many political changes in her life. Leaders come and go, everyone has different goals and plans for the future. However, with the development of history, most of these "revolutionary movements" will end. One of the movements is reconstruction. Reconstruction is the era of the United States, which consists of many leaders, goals, and achievements. Like all things in life, it ends, but the results are marked as success and failure.
Every group has experienced many changes in the past two decades, but having the same leader is not difficult to feel the team gives a sense of stability to soften it from the uplift of that period. Maybe it may not be the case. In fact, perhaps not being shocked is the biggest problem the organization must face. However, this is not the emotion at the beginning. Of course, this is true for members of your department. You should also be aware that other people on campus may think that this change will interfere due to the fact that the work of you or your department's work is irrelevant. This transition may mean "old security guards have died" - at the end of a group of leaders related to another era, generally a better moment for institutions and higher education institutions. As this progresses you have to recognize the need to manage this shift for you and others.
We understand that the world's top leaders are not progressing the traditional way of education. Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Larry Ellison, Mark Zuckerberg have not completed undergraduate courses. As founder and leader of some of the most powerful companies in the current era, they have shown good examples in this regard. In turn, these leaders are recruiting people who are based solely on skills, not on degrees. People are increasingly looking at school degrees and names are not an important representative of talent. In fact, it is not usually an indicator. This does not mean that traditional higher education is absolutely worthless. But when someone said that they went to Harvard, the era of being impressed by future employers is over. Most people who enter the labor market after completing undergraduate courses must learn all their work anyway.
