The title of the story, "Where are you going, where are you?" Is ambiguous. A general explanation is that it refers to the question that parents ask their children. Conny 's parents did not ask where she was or what her plan was, so the title of this interpretation was ironic. Connie 's mother' s daughter 's involvement in life started with constant criticism; if there was a body, Conny' s father was both mentally and emotionally absent. The title uses sarcasm to highlight that her parents did not monitor and protect their children.
At the age of 15, Connie is going to be in adulthood. She tried to control the new sex aspect of her identity by experimenting with her neighbors boys. This aspect of her life provides her with the opportunity for independence and control; through her experience Connie begins to form a new, more mature character. But from the same side she became more susceptible to Arnold's friends and ironically took away personal control. The spread of her sexuality is both a source of social and cultural strength and a weakness that allows Arnold's friends to manipulate her at the same time. Using this girl to participate in a seemingly harmless flirting, he invited her to a more dangerous situation
Ironically it is impossible for him to stay away from her friends, as Arnold's friends do not know Connie or are not a friendly person. In spite of his efforts, Arnold's friend is a stranger, a man without history. In addition, he may show superficial charm, but Arnold's friend is a malignant person who wants to hurt Connie eventually. His friendliness is an act designed to attract his victims. In this case, his name is not ironic as well as evil: there are also attempts to turn Connie into a false sense of security.
But irony is not simple. If the pipeline is not a pipeline, it is not sarcastic. When you think pipeline results are not pipes, sarcasm is not so - it will just be a misunderstanding. Ironic is like a pipe, it smells like a pipe, so it means that it is similar to a pipe, and it is necessary to consider it as a pipe to convey that it is not a pipe. Ironically, I knew what happened when Magritte painted a pipe, we controlled the pipeline as an audience, writing a pipe map "This is not a pipe". Ironic is a quiet little room with an imaginary knife penetrating your chest. When you register and accept this truth, you will get annoyed: the pipeline picture is not a pipe - it will never be a pipe. Pipe paintings always become pictures instead of pipes
Ironic is not necessarily a cancer patient who smokes. Ironic may become a pipe that can not be smoked. Ironically, I know that you smoke. Ironically, however, I do not smoke because I want to die consciously and voluntarily. Of course, that does not mean I have to smoke to die - this may be an ironic part of it: I just want to die as I want. Ironically, I would like to die, but whenever a homeless person is looking at me, when I go home alone in the dark I am trembling. Ironically, I said I would like to die, but my pace is still nervous when the crosswalk light turns red. Ironically, I would like to die but before Jay Gatsby was shot down, I had been shot down before completing the pipeline and flying to fancy.
There are three kinds of satire. All of these are words of irony, accompanied by contextual sarcasm and dramatic sarcasm. This is ironic of the situation, which means that the event is the opposite of what you think is going to happen (you may kill others). The dramatic sarcasm is that the reader knows that character does not know and ironically that there are several word games (such as huge shrimp). The fact that men kill each other, contrary to what actually happens, that is what you expect to happen, the wolves kill them and make them dramatic sarcastic.
What do you mean by surprising irony endings in "intrusion"? What do you expect to happen, and what actually happened? What is the irony of this?
