I like this sentence as it reminds me of the need to learn new things and experience new adventures. In the middle of the journey, "Exploring the Trail" was released from getting tired of my complaints, which brought hope and excitement everyday. Through all the new adventures that it brings me to realize my true purpose and to enter into a life I did not imagine.
This week I read a "new" article about doing something new and keeping the brain healthy. Neuroscientists discovered that the brain is connected and can enjoy novelty and challenges. When shifting to a problem solving model, new experiences and tasks may stimulate the brain to produce dopamine. Dopamine is indispensable for maintaining a healthy brain and has been shown to be associated with decreased dopamine transmission. It influences movement, motivation and joy, and controls the flow of information to other parts of the brain. Without dopamine, we experience memory, cognitive decline, loss of attention. Increased dopamine seems to be an adrenaline giving you "high" excitement. Dopamine levels are depleted by stress, lack of activity, malnutrition
What does this mean? The stimulated brain is a happy brain! Introducing new activities in your life is indispensable to your physical and mental health and can bring you the joy and enthusiasm to light your soul. Here are some things that motivates you:
Raising the dream of the past, you delayed it, "I have time when I have time, I think ..." I think.
The more I explored in the past two years, the more I discovered living in this amazing world. I came out from the back of the computer and made a spectacular life truly meaningful. Website Creator I took some moving women who adventured, experienced oth holes and speed bumps, and enjoyed an exciting journey as my navigator. From a scientific point of view, I know why I'm very happy with all these "novations" in my life. And I also know that I am also giving my health.
So what new things do you do this week? How will you continue your fresh and rewarding activities in your life to lead a happy and healthy life? Get ready saying "I just did it!" When did someone do it for the first time?

So I took my bike for the first shift and initial delivery. When is the last time you did something first? This is a wonderful feeling, and we should seek out more in life. To do something for the first time is one of the most exciting things in life. Anyway, I was there, it took me about 20 minutes to get my first assignment, so I was a little bored at first, and I guided myself to pick up food at the restaurant I will. This is a strange thing as it is a restaurant, but I have done it several times as a customer, but now I am giving food to other customers.
When was the last time you did something at the end? Or what did you see for the first time? If you travel a lot, there is a high possibility that you will encounter new things every time you go to a new place. Travel is fun, exciting and fun, so many of us are on our travel list, do you know how it will help your mental health? Science has proved that travel can significantly reduce stress levels. We have to deal with stress every day. It is difficult to avoid stress and it is difficult to maintain inner peace if it arises from job challenges, misunderstandings of human relations, economic problems, and so on. Therefore, reducing stress is one of the biggest benefits of traveling. Losing your daily life and entering a new environment helps to relieve your stress and relax your body and mind not only for your body but also for your thoughts and souls.
