When the Army Kicks you to the Curb

Reintegration into civilian life after the army has served is a social problem that has not attracted enough attention. No matter how and when a soldier leaves the army, this is an adjustment of life and should not be taken lightly. As a veteran, as an experienced mother, and as an experienced daughter, I witnessed it three times during this reintegration. Several people choose to get a career from the army and endure that all of the troops have to go out to get retirement benefits; however some people retire for medical reasons.

The Army ROTC is a course offered at hundreds of universities throughout the country, training university students to become aggressive soldiers, army reserve forces and army guards. This is a four-year course that can be divided into two parts: basic and advanced. The basic course is usually done between the freshman year and the second grade. Advanced courses usually take place during the last two years of the university, including a five-year leadership assessment development program. Usually done in the summer between your junior and senior. LDAC provides you with practical training and confidence that you can not learn in class. Army ROTC's mission is to "trust to lead the US Army's future officers".

One of the things I dislike most is the idea that the military will serve soldiers. The army will not serve you, you will join the army to serve your country. Fortunately, there are few people who believe in this because BCT has played a major role in attracting the hearts of new people. But those who view the army as an adult day care facility are doing something worse and sometimes even more dangerous for the lives of other soldiers. Immature people who misunderstand the military's purpose usually want to gain military benefits without understanding the sacrifices and responsibilities associated with service.
