Since 2008 the Save the Mothers ("SAM") Foundation has launched an effective social convincing power (SAM-ESP) model for behavioral change for Indian health workers and the poor did. The SAM model has been confirmed in more than 1,500 villages representing about 3 million people in Uttar Pradesh, Telangana State, Karnataka State. A SAM of 25 cents per capita or less than 15 rupees per year significantly improves the health of rural areas that are disadvantaged.

According to our research since 2008, the maternal mortality rate has decreased by 90% and the newborn mortality rate has decreased by 57%.

Successful ESP laws to control maternal mortality rates have also been used for other medical problems such as tuberculosis testing and population stabilization. Tuberculosis examination increased by a factor of 10, and supervision completion rate approached 100%.

In the SAM population stabilization plan, the acceptance rate of contraception increased by 20%, unmet needs decreased by 20%.

By working with local health agencies and government agencies, SAM guarantees the sustainability of the solution. SAM runs the plan at a low cost - about 15,000 rupees per village per year (about $ 220)

One thing that # metoo did not solve is what to do when it turns out to be a guilty party. When recalling past events, what will we do when people are not as good as they deserve them? Because there are many "harmful" sexual acts that cause many (most) of us to commit a crime before we encounter 'illegal' sex acts. I am a little irritated by the current demonicized sex offender. Because I remember how to tell myself that "I do not like Brad". It is full of social denial. We abandoned the most serious incident. The most important case is a high-profile male who attacked many victims for many years, investigated our own crimes and requested justice without participating in the corruption system. We will maintain attitudes towards ourselves and understated compliance by destroying the most dislikes.

Joel Anderson, an associate professor at the University of Utrecht's philosophy, accused me of an "immortal delay" in the simple definition of procrastination due to this guilt, shame and self-indulgence. We feel guilty, and some of our latest research shows that others have also accused us. I will start with the latest research on emotion adjustment technology in this field. Emotion adjustment skills include recognizing our emotions, marking emotions, accepting and / or correcting disgust, and supporting themselves through negative emotional experiences .

We live in our heart. We are always thinking. Most of our ideas are about what we can not control. These ideas are filled with feelings. These feelings are usually negative. If you think about a happy life, this will create a negative idea or pattern than you need to be broken. Otherwise, you will always drown with your heavy emotions to rotate. Does your feeling have complete control over you, and is your life mad? Or your emotions are what you always know, are not you better managing them, letting you express yourself, have you become very good at not letting them own you? What can you do to start controlling your emotions? Who can talk about your feelings? What exercises can you do to start to better control your ideas? Can you truly mediate and work hard to do it everyday?
