What Type of Changes Should We Make to the Failing Education System?

In today's society, the education system has steadily failed and it is time to reform. The biggest problem is what kind of change we made. One way we can improve our teaching is by making it possible for programs like American teachings to better strengthen and to provide the teacher with the skills and intelligence they need, It is to restructure the base reward reform. These reforms teaching staff may not be perfect, but they are effective. Many states, including Tennessee, have adopted a method of evaluating teachers using standard evaluation criteria that are part of teacher's license acquisition process at the present time.

The US system seems to be mature enough to transform and innovate (although there are many arguments about the type and change of change). There are a lot of people working hard to make our education system better. This is a series of complex problems and there is no correct solution (it is absolutely not suitable for student needs / motivations / environments). And people's goals are different goals. We (and many others) believe that technology can play a better role here. Technology is not a panacea, it does not replace other parts of the system. We recognize that you need to consider when technology is useful, how much it is, who is who, who has access. However, we believe that technology can play a larger and more effective role than it is now.

There is no second thought on the importance of education, but the current educational system is not fully proven. Time is changing rapidly; technology and research are progressing with jumping frog development. Modern people are quite different from the design of our educational system. The current education system can not meet current educational needs. We urgently need a significant change in Indian education system. Generally, we believe developed countries have the best education system. They have received free primary education, homework, relaxed financing system and so on. We must understand each country, society is different, their problems, and the situation is different. There is no place called paradise in the whole world. There are problems with every system, and you will encounter problems in the future. The only way to deal with a failed education system is that they need to adapt again and again and again.
