WHAT SHOULD BE THE GOALS OF GOVERNMENT

Governments should set clear "outcome" targets at the highest possible level (see Box 1). These goals are what the government wants to achieve for the society, such as reducing crime and improving education. These results are based on what governmental initiatives such as increasing the number of tests, buying new equipment and introducing new regulations, or the number of inspectors, or the amount of subsidies to be paid, It is much better.

Establishing democratic global governance is not just a goal. Once established, it should set and standardize targets so that they can have new democratic legitimacy. Making achievements is an important part of governance.
