Defining something as bad at some point means that terrible objects / actions / scenes create a strong sense of resistance to overwhelm your other emotions (ie drowning, being shot, Having a gun on his face etc. Some people who have non-logical fears, others have logical fears
The answer to this is not as obvious as it was the first time. This seems to be self-evident. A terrible movie is terrible for a terrible thing. However, this is simply moving the problem to "making things worse." Furthermore, by definition, fear is a reaction to dangerous emotions. When we sit in a comfortable chair with friends and biting popcorn, we are not risking. I know we are not in danger. 1) Horror movies are showing us what we were afraid of when we were born. Evolution of millions of years is afraid of spiders, roaring monsters, and darkness. Early people who are not afraid of these tend to die, so they have no chance to become our ancestors. The survivors' genes are on us, and we can not help felt the fear of letting them live.
It is dangerous and terrible. What is unfamiliar is terrible. I have been to the same hotel 30 times. It's just a person. When I was a child I was not scared to think of an Italian with a knife. I grew up in the Italian community. These are men. These are my friends. These are kids who play softball with my children and kids who fight me. But I understand them. So I am not afraid of them. But, please look at "dirty Irish people" and other cultures. This is just a human reaction, it is difficult to overcome. This will be a long game. It is true so. This will be a long game. But this is the trend. Even now, as everything happens, I feel crazy stupidity and danger, and that is just a mistake, I want the arc of history.
