What makes a survivor legend?

Very quoted and charismatic personality? At least three players? I could not win the big game, but do anyone remember you? Has all the members of the last tribal committee run for legend? Are all winners regarded as legends? If you won Sprint Fan's favorite opinion poll, is it worth it? If survivors have created a legendary season, what are the criteria for curiosity? I do not want an unbalanced return season anymore.
