What makes a person admirable?

What praises people? It changes from person to person, from religion to religion and from country to country.

For me, no matter how popular it is, I like people who are honest and do what they think is morally correct. I applaud the kindness, generosity, and honesty. I despise greed, dishonesty, betrayal

My problem is that not all mothers and fathers should be respected.
