When people think about bullying, they usually consider elementary school students and their sometimes insulting behavior. There is no real argument about the effect of bullying on victims and bullying. But what has never been considered is the effect of bullying on the law. The New Oxford American Dictionary (Stevenson and Lindbergh, 2010) defines "bullying" as "threatening (using strong power or influence)". "There is no legal definition of bullying, so this is the definition of use.
Do you really understand bullying at work? There is no comprehensive list of legal definitions of bullying and behavior of bullying. The Labor Union General Assembly (TUC) says, "There is a possibility that you can be bullied if you really feel that you have been selected from your boss or colleagues." ACAS defines workplace bullying as "aggressive, intimidating, malicious or declining behavior of abusing or abusing power by destroying, humiliation, injury, or harming the victim". The Director of Health and Safety emphasized that this is a pattern of behavior and not an isolated example of "repetition" that occurs over time.
Bullying can be defined in various ways. There is no legal definition of bullying in the UK and there are laws against it in some states in the United States. Bullying is divided into four basic kinds of abuse - emotions (sometimes called human relationships), speech, physics, and networks. It usually involves subtle enforcement methods like intimidation. Bullying may have one or more "surrogates" from one-to-one personal bullying to collective bullying called "bullying", which seems to be willing to support the main bullying of bullying. Each bullying article and each bullying prevention or intervention course has its own definition of bullying (see Appendix A for bullying definition examples). These definitions have many things in common, and bullying is always defined as repetitive intentional harm including the difference in power. For the purpose of this report, bullying is a pattern of harmful words, gestures, or behavior that consciously and over time, perceptual or actual forces are less perceived or have real power.
