What is the Golden Scholars Bridge Program FIU ?

The Gold Scholarship Bridge program replaces the first generation of alternative registration plans.

Students who are registered in the Golden Scales Bridge Program under underrepresentation participate

Six-week intensive accommodation Summer course individual preparation of academic preparation

Students selected as gold scholars receive a generous summer reward to cover the cost

Accommodation on campus, meals, books, tuition, fees and goods. All recipients are conditional

After participating in essential entrance exercises, most melody scholars will apply 7 credits based on their grades.

I will dedicate my major course during the six week Summer B semester of FIU. In the meantime, they will participate in academic consultation, personal and academic development seminars, and social events.

The Golden Scales Bridges program at Finance School is a summer program for the first generation of college students. These students will begin their college days careers by living in the campus for six weeks during the summer. Upon successful completion of the summer program, students can enter the university's gold scholarship during the fall semester. CSUN's Summer Bridge program is designed to support high-risk African Americans and Chicano / Latino students from the Los Angeles area. These students will spend six weeks on campus during the summer of the first semester, where they can take classes at the Pan - Africa research department. Meanwhile, students will also learn skills necessary for the success of the university, such as budget and time management.

Students must be admitted to the university conditionally through the Golds Color College Bridge program and meet all planned contract requirements in order to move to the fall semester. Students who do not satisfy all of the requirements of the program do not move in the fall semester and enter the Connect 4 Success Pathway program. Yes, however, in order to consider the program, students need to submit in writing to satisfy all program requirements and to deliberately cancel general admission to transition to fall semester. Upon receiving the request, the student will be reviewed through the process of the Golden Scalar Bridge program.

Students who have already been invited to participate in the Golden Color College Bridge Program need to submit a consent form to ensure a sure location in the summer. Students who declined the invitation by the date stipulated in the contract or did not submit the contract can not participate. Students who do not meet all the requirements of the program are placed in the Connect4Success program at Miami Dade College, Broward College, Palm Beach State University, or Florida Keys Community College. .
