The Golden Scales Bridges program at Finance School is a summer program for the first generation of college students. These students will begin their college days careers by living in the campus for six weeks during the summer. Upon successful completion of the summer program, students can enter the university's gold scholarship during the fall semester. CSUN's Summer Bridge program is designed to support high-risk African Americans and Chicano / Latino students from the Los Angeles area. These students will spend six weeks on campus during the summer of the first semester, where they can take classes at the Pan - Africa research department. Students must be admitted to the university conditionally through the Golds Color College Bridge program and meet all planned contract requirements in order to move to the fall semester.
