When a senior is named DAR Good Citizen, he / she is eligible to participate in a DAR Good Citizen scholarship. This includes transformation of grades, two letters of recommendation, and a form submitting the applicant's excellent citizenship. There are timed papers written by applicants under the supervision of a school teacher or a member of DAR.
