According to one of the most popular concepts published by the mass media, there were five technical revolution in the history of mankind. The first one was the agricultural revolution of the 17th century and I learned something like large scale agriculture. Following this, the industrial revolution of the 18th century occurred, people started to mechanize workshops and small factories using water and heat.

Third is the Second Industrial Revolution in the early 20th century, which brought us large-scale production, internal combustion engines, electricity and nuclear power. The fourth is the so-called science revolution in 1970. This attracts our attention to the scientific discovery of business opportunities.

We are now living in the fifth era of the information revolution. It connects nearly all members of our society with a global network. The same revolution provided us with enough data to completely eliminate the concept of "technical revolution".

It is frustrating that this "theory" ignores the great civilizations of the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the US before Colombia, considering only Western European countries. Furthermore, there is no definite definition of the real meaning of the "technical revolution".

At the same time there is sufficient evidence to prove that the so-called "technical revolution" is a random period. Historical events of ground transfers such as war, mass immigration, economic disaster, political entity collapse

Perhaps these "revolutions" were primarily caused by the periodic global wave of the hysterical mass media driven by the motive of seeking profits. An obvious argument in favor of this argument is that the number of 't revolution' started in the 17th century. It is the same as when the first published newspaper appeared.

Nonetheless, we are not saying that advances in technology are not accelerating, or that technology always follows politics and the economy. We insist that science and nature, machinery and computing related science can not be easily linked to other aspects of human life.

Every day, the world is getting closer and closer. Many people are afraid that technology will affect their daily lives. But this is not the technical revolution that we are about to do. To that end, I believe that the fewer customs to change people, the more customs to follow work, the better their behavior. Of course, fundamental changes may be necessary to achieve major progress. But do you really need to redefine jewelry and fashion to create wrist-based haptic feedback and activity monitoring? Of course, some people like small screens on their wrists. Examples of the most famous technology revolution are the industrial revolution of the 19th century, the technical revolution of 1950-1960, the Neolithic revolution, the digital revolution and so on. Since the concept of the "technical revolution" is often abused, it is important to understand which technology revolution really is important in the world history, not only influences a part of human activities but also influences universality It is not easy to define. The general technical revolution should be composed of several departments of the technical revolution (science, industry, transport, etc.).

But is AI really the next major innovation? Is there a general structure of historically identifiable technological revolution? If so, is the insight of the previous technology revolution applicable to AI? If artificial intelligence represents a major technological advance comparable to electricity and steam, at what stage are we developing now? Socioeconomist Carlota Perez keeps track of the discontinuity and regularity in the innovation process in her research on economics of innovation and technology change. As well as Thomas Kuhn's research on the essence of scientific discovery - the scientific revolution weakened the scientific process and caused the formation of a new scientific paradigm - Perez created a series of technical revolution that caused our confusion and "Technology - economic paradigm" was identified.
