What is religion? Religion has many meanings of life style, faith, and practice. In the United States, people have different views on religion; this is reflected in the Constitution. What is the constitution? The Constitution is a set of laws approved by the state. Religion and constitution are separate. As stated in the first Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, "Congress should not enact legislation on the establishment of religion." In other words, the Constitution has nothing to do with religion.

Religion is convinced of the supernatural forces and the power to dominate human fate, or the symbol of ultimate relationship, myth, doctrine, ethics, and ritual system (Carmody, 2008).
