Furthermore, computer simulation has been learned to be one of the important concepts in strategic management and organizational research. Course clearly shows that scholars use computer simulation to understand how companies and organizations behave and act (Kinicki & Fugate, 2012)

Organizational behavior examines the influence of individuals, groups, and structures on human behavior within an organization. This is an interdisciplinary field including sociology, psychology, communication and management. Organizational behavior complements organizational theory focusing on topics within organizations and organizations and complements personnel research focusing on daily business practices. Organizational research includes research on multiple perspectives, methods, and organizations from analysis levels. "Micro" organizational behavior means the dynamics of individuals and groups within the organization.
