What is Office Delve?

Use Delve to manage Office 365 profiles and discover and organize information that may be of most interest - Office 365 as a whole

Since Delve never changes permissions, you will only see documents that you can access. No one else will see your private file. Privacy details

To go to Delve, select [Delve] in the Office 365 application launcher, or open delve.office.com in your browser. Please log in with your workplace or school account if necessary.

To view the document you are working on, or to view details, click on the name or image of a person in any location in Delve.

If you find a document you are interested in, add it as a favorite or add it to your motherboard for easy recovery later.

Delve is a new Office 365 experience promoted by Office Graphics and maps the interactions and relationships between Office 365 content and people. With these new insights, Delve allows you to discover content and relationships based on your activities and the activities of the people you work on. For example, which Office documents are shared with you, which documents are very popular in the team, and so on. By integrating Sa lesforce into Office Graph in the near future, Delve will be able to introduce important business information from all over the world. Extracts content from documents that are shared with you as Office 365 documents stored in OneDrive, Office 365 SharePoint, or email attachments. Extract relevant documents using information from Office Graph. Office Graph collects insights about what you and the people around you are working on. When you and a colleague view or change the same document, you will receive a signal that Office Graph is probably working together. This signal is then combined with other signals. Who is the person you most e - mail, who shares the document with you, who shares it with your boss. A summary of these signals will improve on related documents that will be displayed later on Delve's homepage.

Office Graph, which supports Delve, stores all Office 365 data items in the graph index. Office Graph data is stored on the customer partitions in SharePoint Online and Exchange Online environments with the same level of data protection and security as other types of customer data stored in Microsoft Cloud Services. One of the main advantages of Delve is to automatically incorporate content that is integrated into Microsoft products, such as Microsoft Office documents or Yammer conversations. For example, an employee watching a PowerPoint presentation at a meeting scheduled in Outlook can later view the presentation through Delve by clicking the Give me tab in the search area.
