What is Net Neutrality?

Open Internet allows that user to access all of the different content from the Internet without interference from the outside world. Without network neutrality, the Internet will be hampered by Internet providers and governments. On the closed Internet, not all Internet content is equally handled by Internet providers. Michael Powell of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) said in 2004 that consumers have the right to enjoy "freedom of the Internet". Powell talked about four different freedoms: freedom to obtain content, freedom to use the application, freedom to connect personal devices, and freedom to access service plan information.

To understand this confusion you need to understand the neutrality of the network. About what is net neutrality, what are we going to dig into? Network neutral is to supervise Internet service providers to ensure equal access to the Internet. In its most extreme form, the neutrality of the network means that the degree of regulation of government Internet service providers is as large as that of governments in utilities such as water and electricity. There is a big problem in forecasting the world without net neutrality. All these things are legal. According to current network neutrality rules, your Internet service provider can block websites. Allows you to sell limited access to a limited number of web services. It allows you to bundle sites and sell access to cable packages. Since the birth of the Internet, this is all legal. The only legal restriction is that if Internet providers do this they will have to tell you. The Federal Communications Commission does not tell users that they are blocking access, but punishes the company several times in violation of the rules. Do not stop. According to the new network neutrality rules, the situation does not change.

Advocates told exactly what they wanted. There is no confusion about the whole content of the net neutral agenda. Network neutral proponents demonize Internet service providers in their populist government control theory. But if they win a dream, consumers will become a true loser of this Internet control battle.

why? Let's briefly explain what the physical neutrality really means.
