What Is A Feminist?

FEM-I-NIST n. People involved in sports insist on the same social, political and economic rights as women. Asking the question "What is a feminist?" I received some very strange answers. When I asked this question, respondents seemed to be confused about his beliefs. This problem is also controversial than I expected. The group I asked was comprised of 6 women and 4 men with moderate diversity (African American, multi-ethnic, Israeli).

This course begins with the question "What is feminist research?" Through classical and current reading on the production of feminist knowledge, we will explore such questions: what is feminist research feminist? What makes you study it? What is the correct purpose of feminist research? Who can do feminist research? Why feminist research can do Why do feminist research? How do you study feminists? Is there a feminist research method? What are the ways we describe in this research and how to explain it? Major problems / topics to explain include accountability, place, citation practice and politics, identification of interested parties, interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary, selection and explanation of themes and methods, research as storytelling . .
