In the 15th century, the Chinese had one of the most advanced navy fleets known to man. Therefore, China can establish many trade routes to Africa, India, Singapore and other places. If China is pleased, they can sail to Europe and even North America. However, China encountered several political problems that hinder future exploration. If they continue their voyage, they may discover a new world before Columbus.

If it discovers the United States, China may have changed our historical process. If they first discovered North America, Columbus will not be called the founder of the New World. Europeans may have never settled in the United States in the 16 th and 17 th centuries. Land known as the United States may have a new name; it may be called Western China. If China dominates the New World, many wars have been avoided, or many wars may have exploded. For example, no civil war has happened, or the world war has never occurred. Since slave trade has never begun, many African Americans may stay in Africa. The discovery of America in China will change not only the future of America and China but also other future of the world. A small discovery in China may have changed the history of the past five centuries. To the best of our knowledge, I may have written this paper in Chinese and talked about what Columbus discovered in the United States.
