I believe in teaching, learning and educating small boys standing on the beach, surrounded by thousands of starfish (now) locked in the beach. The boys picked them up one by one and threw them back into the water. "Young people, you're wasting time, I can not even hope to overdo it." The boy smiled at him and picked up another starfish to take it. I threw it into the water and say, "I brought a change to starfish". --- An anonymous teacher may feel that a boy is on the beach.

In my opinion, I think that teaching and learning is a zero sum game now. I still believe that students can learn from excellent sentences, but my role is to create conditions for students to learn. I think that the relationship between education and learning is more complicated than that suggested by my titles and the zero sum model, but usually it will be a more effective educator if you go back to this or use the dichotomy method.

It has been almost a year since now and I am developing techniques for apprenticeship at Nashville School of Software. In the first year, I studied like a student. I have taught people over the years, but I am informal. This is my occupation and the life of my students depends on the ability of work, so I use all the research, experiments and creativity I need to make the most of my strengths.

Learning is focused on what I teach. My educational goal is to promote learning (to help students learn) and I believe that education plays an important role in this. Learning is mainly the responsibility of the students, teaching is my responsibility. My focus is not simply to assign knowledge to students, but to help students learn. I decided not to "fill the bucket", but to "light up the candle". Effective education includes two necessary and relevant elements, content knowledge and communication skill. Understanding the material is not enough to teach it effectively; likewise, communication skills alone will not work. Therefore, I pay attention to understanding the concepts I want to cover and make students understand these concepts. I will organize my speech based on student learning and keep my knowledge up to date.
