In the second project, I surveyed the living assistant community. I chose this community because I'm curious about it and want to know more about becoming a living assistant. I am considering applying for my second grade status at the University of Southern Mississippi. I know that by exploring this community, more information can be obtained before investing time. To be a residential assistant is honor and privilege. RA is a difficult task to work as a living assistant, as RAs must always be leaders and authoritarian figures, but RAs must have opportunities to change the lives of their students.

In Sparta culture, there is a specific understanding of the leader. However, problems arise, what the leader needs to do. Do leaders need to make their identities have specific characteristics? What role does the leader play in building the community's identity? If asked in a fundamental way, how does the community handle this identity? Women are guardians of Sparta's cultural identity. Contrary to the belief in mother's instinct, Sparta's mother maintains Sparta's role over children. In this way, women demonstrated their leadership in the Sparta era. Over time, the way Spartans started to die, they no longer live under the same rigid law

What do you need to become a leader in today's business culture? There are many leadership schools and millions of opinions. You can quickly search "what is a good leader" on Google and get more than 45 million results. I live and have the opportunity to become a leader. I am a restaurant and grocery industry, lawn and landscape industry in the university, and teenagers in the retail industry. My first "real" job was a church, and now I am managing my own marketing agency. There are excellent leaders, lazy leaders, motivated leaders, and correct scary leaders. One of the things they have is the idea of ​​"top down". This traditional leadership is rapidly disappearing. Many large companies still lead like this, but new leaders are changing the paradigm. Instead of judging from the top, the team will lead the team to not only provide products and services but also establish a company.

So what do you really need to do to become a leader? As the Chief Executive (CEO) salary rose sharply, we now see that this may be a matter of millions of dollars in news. But to be honest, it is only a few leaders that can earn 7 and 8 digits of revenue. In addition, our discussion is not about how to ultimately become Fortune 500 chairman.
