"Doing the right thing" is a good starting point, but you need to define it in detail. Otherwise, people will do whatever they think is right, it may undo your organization from orbit

Moral leaders are more than just telling people to "do right." They shared examples of people who did the right thing. In the field of enforcement, it is well known that leaders are people who do the right things and managers are people who do the right thing. Expression draws power from the meaning of the word "correct" in English. To do the "right thing" means to choose from among the possibilities to support something. The comprehensive wisdom of mankind knows that this is the way of action. "To do the right thing" has the meaning of efficiency, effectiveness, and expert knowledge. This does not mean that the leader is inefficient or does not have expertise, the manager does not understand the overall situation. This is just a way to emphasize that leaders need to seek a wide range of intuitive knowledge and use it to provide guidance and guidance.

Sometimes we want a group that is victorious and a group that everyone seems to obey. However, because everyone is doing it is not the right thing. Morality and greatness do not need most people. Sometimes you need to break the most common way to make a new way for yourself.
