What do you call a person who motivates or inspires?

As a non-native speaker I do not know which to use. I want to say that since some people have motivated me since 2008, the whole sentence is as follows.

This is a very personal matter. Just like many people, I am always confused with inspiration and motivation. One day, I called this Vice President James and asked this question. He said that motivation is to pursue and follow personal goals. Inspiration is focused on those who work hard to achieve their goals. If you want inspiration, let's go out with the moving people who have achieved your goals.

Keep in mind that everyone is unique, the motivation others are trying to achieve, you need to understand their goals. Motivation is a personal matter, but there is a trigger for general motivation - the most powerful is a motivational tool that can resonate with the individual's personal needs. Unless you are true and true, you can not become a leader. Sustainable leadership is not an act (though many people have tried this out). Honesty is a powerful thing that comes from knowing who you are and what you want to express. This is what people witness through your passionate beliefs and concerns over others.

To be a motivating speaker, or to decide to be a person requires dedication. If you do not have an appointment, it is impossible to share what you know and motivate others. But even speakers like me need our inspiration. Whether it is our inner passion or not that affects us, we need something for each of us to advance us. Let's share the process of becoming an inspiring lecturer with you. For me it is more like a fictitious thing than a real person who inspired me as a moving speaker. That is an actor I like to look and motivate me. This is the feeling when I am watching a movie. Finally, I know that I am of people and stimulating them. That is my influence
