Being a thoughtful practitioner is an essential feature of an effective educator. Understanding, listening to, and paying attention to the student's voice is an excellent skill for experts to explore and develop.

At the beginning of the school year, teachers often share their expectations. Teachers accurately inform students of the rules / programs, routines, and goals they set. But how much does the teacher listen to the students' expectations?

Sometimes it is difficult to hear the idea that the students regard us as leaders of the classroom. Every classroom has partnership, and this partnership should be respected and appreciated. I also believe the students' voices, so I think it is fair to talk about the expectations of teachers and students in the classroom.
