What Democracy Needs Is Education

Democracy is an idea that happens in several countries throughout the world. According to Howard Jin, countries like the United States survived as democracy. Because the citizens were educated and were not afraid to express their views about various domestic problems. In order to build true democracy, truly educated citizens are necessary. Surrounded by educated people, democracy is strengthened and benefits society as a whole.
