The impact of colonialism on Africa is as diverse as Africa itself. To understand the influence of colonialism, we must first define the meaning of colonialism in Europe. The term European colonialism means colonial expansion of European countries around the world, so they retain authority of colonial countries. It refers to the rule of majority of European invaders to majority, which dominates according to their interests. In Africa, after the collapse of the profitability of slave trade and its abolition, colonization developed in the 19th century. When the industrial revolution took root and spread throughout Europe, African countries began to colonize. After the Berlin meeting in 1884, it was greatly strengthened and regulated European colonization and African trade. European powers separate the continent of Africa to avoid military conflict between them

Many countries have never fully recovered from the influence of colonialism. For example, in part of Africa, slave trade separates the healthiest young people in the world from the economy. Even after the conclusion of slave trade, colonial countries used most of the colonial as a source of cheap labor and resources, but little helps indigenous people's service and development. These problems continued from the 20th century through the 21st century, and the rich countries supported the dictatorship so that cheap resources steadily flow into new resource pockets.
