In the United States, I can tell only the fast food restaurant. Wherever you are, it appears that one, two or three are adjacent. America will be lazy and families will not cook or sit at the table to eat or eat food. Children pay for the price, obesity and diabetes are such big health problems now and the situation is getting worse. But who is responsible for this. Children, parents, society, government. In fact, they are all.
Today, Americans are facing big problems about health, dieting. People all over the world have found a healthy way to eat, but many Americans do not seem to be able to eat properly. Among the media, wrong investigations and most distortions, myriad Americans are misguiding about how to eat healthy. A myriad of people are willing to remove unnecessary weights and drink diet pills or supplements to avoid exercise. - When blood flows through the body, pressure is exerted on the walls of the blood vessel, resulting in an effect called blood pressure. Blood pressure is measured by "the force in the artery when the heart is beat (systolic blood pressure)" and when the heart is stationary (diastolic blood pressure) "(American Heart Association, 2008, paragraph 1). The mean healthy adult blood pressure reading is less than 120 (AHA, 2008, paragraph 3)
Americans also consume excessively because of the amount of food we eat. Obesity is a serious problem in today's American society. 20% of children are overweight. If this problem is not solved, the next generation may be the first generation in 200 years to have a shorter life expectancy. The biggest problem with this problem is fast food and its parts. Americans no longer eat healthy home cuisine but instead use snacks containing fat and calories and cooked meals instead. This problem leads to more health problems. 30% of boys born in 2000 and 40% of girls are expected to have diabetes at some stage of their lives. Americans can try to solve this problem like people in other countries by teaching healthier foods, teaching small children, and teaching children how to eat properly (Mieszkowski)
