Japanese management: the influence of the West and the crisis of the 1990s changed Japanese management practices and wide assertions of Japanese companies. Introduction For decades, Japan was the world's second largest producer of electricity. As a fairly isolated island in the island, its history and development has formed a country with its own ideas and behaviors For us, it has a huge economy and technical leadership beyond the neighboring countries of Asia. After the Second World War (World War II), Japan began business from the beginning, and its business first gained great success both in the domestic market and then in the world.

Japan is famous for its business system. Some European and American companies are trying to imitate parts of Japanese business systems. Like other countries, Japanese style business systems are also affected by formal informal rules. In this article I will explain official and informal rules to manage Japanese business systems and briefly explain the interrelationship between the two rules. In particular, informal rules come from social and cultural practices, while reviewing the official rules and following clearly defined government laws and the like.

The main difference between Japanese and Western management style is not the way, attitude and philosophy. The Japanese have learned Western style of management, have focused on the management style of the United States over the past 30 years, and adapted to what I think is useful for their work environment. Companies in Europe and America are studying some of Japanese management style, attitudes and philosophy, and seem to adopt the field of occupational ethics that they believe to be worthy to their company. Because the most important reason behind Japan's success in improving productivity and quality is the quality of their labor force, Western companies need to research and develop various Japanese management methods. Western companies can not usually compete with Japanese companies. They have to adjust their relationships and management methods simply so that they are more competitive with the world as well as in Japan.

Therefore, Japanese business management methods are influenced by various cultural aspects including the performance and competitiveness of state enterprises. It is not difficult for Western companies to comply with the current situation in Japan. Also, there is no cultural driving force in the compensation system, career path, and the mechanism behind advanced workers dealing with skilled workers and partnerships.
